Rachit is a Partner at NextEquity Partners, where he works across sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investments. He also leads the firm’s internal AI efforts and works closely with portfolio company management teams.
Before joining NextEquity, he was a Senior Vice President at Carrick Capital Partners, investing in growth-stage technology and services businesses. Earlier, he was a Vice President at Symphony Technology Group, focused on software investments.
Rachit began his career in investment banking at Lazard and Barclays, advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and restructuring transactions across a range of industries.
