Alok is a Venture Partner at NextEquity Partners, bringing more than 15 years of experience operating and investing in technology companies. He is currently CFO of Alembic, a NextEquity portfolio company. Alok supports the CFOs of NextEquity portfolio companies and assists with sourcing.
Previously, he served as CEO of Clubspeed, a vertical software and payments business. Before Clubspeed, he was CFO of cybersecurity company Twingate and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Pango, which was acquired by Aura in 2020.
Earlier in his career, Alok was a Vice President at Vector Capital and an investment professional at Technology Crossover Ventures. He began his career in technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan.
