Alok Pandey

Alok is a Venture Partner at NextEquity Partners. Bringing 15+ years of operating and investing experience in the technology sector, Alok most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Clubspeed, a growing and profitable, private equity-backed vertical software and payments company based in Irvine, California. Prior to his tenure at Clubspeed, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Twingate, a venture capital-backed cyber security software business located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Alok also previously held the role of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Pango, a cybersecurity software company that was acquired by Aura in 2020, backed by Accel, 8VC, Signalfire, Wndrco, and other leading venture capital investment firms.

Before transitioning into operational roles within technology companies, Alok served as a Vice President and senior investment professional at Vector Capital, a global private equity firm with over $4 billion in assets under management. His early career included positions as an investment professional at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), which manages over $20 billion, and as a technology-focused investment banker at JP Morgan. Alok graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (The Wharton School) with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in International Studies (a Dual Degree Program called "The Huntsman Program").
